I just started using Google Webmaster tools a couple of weeks ago and chose the META tag verification method. I don’t check these stats as often as I check the other stats, but today when I logged in I was told that I needed to verify my site again because my META tag was wrong. How often does this META tag need to be updated or was this just a result of my inactivity in checking my info for a while.
